My  dear family and friends

we are in Iran,  our group got Iranian visa in Baku, in Iranian Embassy, including me inspite of one Israeli stamp, but they do it in the last moment and everybody is nervous, we flu Erbil-Istanbul-Tehran, our local tour guide met us ,

we had a dinner in a local restaurant, met  a travel agency owner with her husband-film maker who followed us and take interview  asking our opinions about the country and people,

my father was in Tehran during the Second World war with the Soviet Army because  it was a conference of Stalin,
Roosevelt and Churchill how to end this war,

it is a city of 14 million people, very nosy, crowdy, no architectural beauty, a lot of traffic, loud motorcycles, on the streets all women with covered head including me,  half in long black robes, half in western cloth, people are very friendly ,come and want to take photos with us saying-- we love America, do you like here?  we have tours of Golestan Palace, former residential palace of kings and shahs,
with lot of mirrors, famous Solomon  Throne --   in  ancient  time   they called Solomon out of respect for his famous wisdom and for protection,

we went to world famous Jewels Museum which housed underneath the Bank-- the biggest tourist attraction, collection which dates back few centuries ago, there is Globe of Jewels made in 1869 out o
f 51 000of precious stones.

every there are portraits of Ayatollah Khomeini--died in 1989  and Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

we are leaving for Shiraz ,

love to all, Inna
